Multiple U.S. Air Force B-2 Spirit stealth bombers were deployed on Saturday as the U.S. considers a potential strike against Iran, according to several reports.

The bombers departed Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo., according to Air & Space Forces Magazine.

President Donald Trump has said he will decide within two weeks whether to get involved in Israel's attacks against Iran.

Trump is expected to meet with his national security team on Saturday upon his return to the White House.

The final destination of the bombers is unclear at this time.

A U.S. official told CNN that the deployment of the bombers doesn't mean there is a specific operation underway.
